The rooms are very small
The breakfast is very basic with one croissant each put on your table with a small collection of other bits

Not sure what airport you are coming from but you need to take the train to La Spezia and from there you take a regional train to which ever town you are staying. About 10 minutes from LaSpezia. They run frequently.
