Having read previous reviews before booking we expected that we would be offered wine. On our 3rd day we finally asked for some wine and it was given to us but each glass added to our bill. Other then getting keys upon arrival we were completely ignored. The rooms and showers were pretty bad and dark and dank. Wifi was...

Great in so many respects but a bit of a let down on others. Firstly the hill walk up from the town. It's not for those with a weak heart!. As a b & b its a let down compared with hotels that you would get in town. However on the up side the setting is just fantastic so it's...

Our day of wine tasting at Buranco was the highlight of our week in Monterosso. A bit of a hike up the hill but so worth the view and the ambience of this beautiful establishment. We selected a mid range tasting E25 for 5 wines and some appertives. A gorgeous place to sit back and enjoy the view and lovely...

This place is 100% a must do in Monterosso. We didn't stay here but came up for a bottle of wine and were greeted by a lovely lady. The view is spectacular and the pace is so peaceful. I'd recommend coming up late afternoon. There is a bit of a hill coming up to this place but it's worth the...

The owners greet you as if you are long lost relatives . They are so welcoming. The views are spectacular, the wines delicious and it's just a delight to sit there and enjoy the scenery. Highly recommend this as a delightful activity. Sometimes the town below is a little hectic and the walk uphill to this serene place is just...

Great view of Monterosso, but more than that: you can take a walk through the lemon and olive gardens or just stay on the terrace and drink glasses of red or white wine made from the wine yards in front of you. If the wine doesn't make you dizzy, the smell of jasmine, lemon and roses will, but in a...

Over a year later we still rate this as one of our best stays. The location is beyond amazing- beautiful views sitting on the terrace and a short stroll down into town. The owners are incredibly sweet and accommodating, and the wine is delicious!

We were staying up the road and thought we would walk over a for a wine tasting. Buranco was closed but Mary said she would open for two couples- my husband, myself and our new friends from Alaska. We spent two hours wine tasting, talking and sampling Mary's wonderful appetizers. The weather was great. This tasting was a perfect way...

Well after booking this place on line the night before, I didn't know what I was in for or where I would end up. I had a long drive from Annecy and luckily the GPS I have has been good, ( for once) afer a few calls to Marie the owner of the fantabulous place, she was able to get...

Amazing winery, views and staff. The family who owns this winery is super sweet, energetic and happy to please their guests or treat you as part of their family. The view is breathtaking with mountains, greenery, terraced rose gardens, and a very relaxing, peaceful terrace to enjoy wine and appetizers. There is an uphill walk to get here but it...
