We stayed in Italy for 17 days - changing accommodation every day or two so we enjoyed a good sample of different places to stay. Manarola is certainly not for those who can't walk and walk and walk up and down hills but if you can it's a breathtaking place. Initially we liked the room. It looks beautiful, it's spacious,... The room was more like a studio apartment with a bed, a couch, a kitchen table and a kitchen. It was not easy to find but the owner waited for us outside. Google earth does not even recognize the street but it happens to be the street that you end up on if you come by foot from Riomagiorre (alternative... More

We stayed in the Michela Rooms in Manarola for 3 nights. Everything was perfect with the room, it was spacious, super clean and beautifully decorated and appointed. We were very grateful to be able to keep the room for a few extra hours, later than the official check-out time, which meant that we were able to make the most of... More

Michela was so accommodating. I booked through Booking.com but Michela emailed me immediately and we had correspondence from then on. She had her driver pick us up at our hotel in Tuscany and he stopped in Pisa for the usual sights. Manarola is steep and not for the faint but her hotel was lovely. HUGE shower and convenient to the... More

Emailed prior to visit, and Met at train station in vernazza by owner of apartment. Just a few steps was the unit. 5 minutes, and 50 steps up. Very contemporary room overlooking water. Laundry sink on balcony. VERY AWESOME! Line and clips to dry, included. One thing I missed that is NOT included. Was daily refreshing of room. No big... More

I stayed in there for two days in Cinque terre. The cosy shelter is in Manarola and locates on a small mountain. A little bit difficult to find but you can find a short cut to it. Anyway, the view along the passage to it is very good. I had the room on the second floor, a spacious studio. It... More

We stayed in the downstairs apartment, which does not have a kitchen, however is very spacious, with a small fridge and microwave, is very clean with modern décor (we had an extra bed provided at a fee of 10 euro per night), and much to kids delight free wifi is provided. The bathroom, and the shower in particular is fantastic,... More

There are 2 rooms as a part of this establishment. We stayed in the upstairs studio which has a kitchen. Very welcomed after traveling for over 2 weeks, although we still went out for dinner. The room was recently remodeled, so there are all new appliances. Michela contacted us by email a couple of days before we arrived and arranged... More

The room was comfortable and clean and convenient to the center. It was a self catering studio so we could eat in the room as well. It was perfect for us! It was reasonably prices for the high season, but I would recommend anyone to go to the Cinque Terre in the low season. It is MUCH nicer without all... More
