This hotel is in the centre of Udine in a nice quiet road with parking underneath. Our room was spacious and spotless. All the fittings in the room are of a high quality and well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable with high thread count sheets. Good Air con too. Reception staff were very courteous and helpful. Even if you don’t usually stay in larger hotels I think you would be very happy here.

Everything in the hotel met our expectations. Very good location, five minutes from the pedestrian zone. The rooms are spacious, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom big enough. Everything we needed was served for breakfast and our only regret was that we could not eat on the terrace, overlooking the park, because it was still cold. The waiter behind the bar was very helpful and make sure you spend some time with him :) The price is perfectly fine compared to what we got, we will definitely come back.

Enjoyable 2 night stay! This is a charming hotel with helpful professional service. Location is a less than 10 minute stroll from the historic centre.
Underground parking for a fee. Be sure to reserve a spot as the garage is not large.
Our suite 604 was large and very comfortable. We found that the wifi would not retain its connection and we needed to login almost every time. Minor annoyance. When connected it was fast and smooth.
Elevators are quirky and slow. Minor annoyance.
Breakfast is served on a lovely outdoor terrace. Food is quite good.
This hotel provides good value and accordingly caters to small tour groups.

I stayed for 1 night last week at the Ambassador Palace. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a small mini bar with water beer and coke. Good shower, just a small problem not getting the floor wet, as their is only a small wall and no shower screen. Breakfast was very nice with a great selection of food. The hotel location is great for exploring the city only a short walk from various bars and restaurants. For the cost of the room a very good price for what you get

Our room looked onto a back street and although it had a small balcony - it was too small for a chair, even if there had been any.
At breakfast some people were served coffee, but I was told to go and get it myself - basically not enough staff.
It was overpriced and I would not stay there again.

Comfortable, clean, high-quality, ideally located minutes on foot from the railway station in one direction and the centre of the old town in the other. Our side room was quiet at night. Did not try the breakfast.

Our first time visiting Udine and we stayed for two nights. We had a Europcar car rental that we dropped in Udine and then departed by train to Trieste. We parked at a reasonably priced parking lot nearby and walked to the hotel and easily walked to train station on our departure. Our room #308 was very comfortable and spotless and offered a nice coffee service as well. The included breakfast was one of the best of our trip. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Wifi works great. Easy walk to the center of town and both nights we enjoyed dinner at Alla Ghiacciaia.

Good location. Nice and helpful personal. Very good breakfast.
Negative - No parking. Super slow elevators. Very small rooms, it's hard to put a second suitcase. Rooms and bathrooms look old. Very slow Wi-Fi.

It's not a 4 star hotel. Rooms are servicable and everything works perfectly fine. Staff is quite helpful in all respects. Breakfast is average, but the tour groups devour the spread like gannets. If you have to go to Udine, this might be as good a place as any, but don't get your expectations up. The neighborhood is safe and not too far from town, but not really very pleasant.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful area. Great Wi-Fi connection and a wonderful restaurant. Sat outside on the first floor balcony for dinner, overlooking a beautiful park. Great sized room with very clean bathroom. Quick service on check-in, check-out and in the restaurant. Thoroughly recommended.
