Detailed Reviews
Very nice hotel not far from the city downtown. Wide camera, provided with an amazing mattress, really comfortable compared with the usual mattress where I sleep somewhere else during my trips. The breakfast had a honest price, prepared into the breakfast room and given me with a box, due to the current anti-covid regulations. The choice was among salty, sweety and vegan breakfast modalities. The hotel has also a large hotel guests dedicate car parking, 30mt far from the hotel, free. Low price compared with the good offered quality. The unique negative aspect, for me, it's the fact that it was quite easy to hear the other rooms guests when talking.

The hotel is in a very good location near the center of Udine (15 minutes walk) and it offers free parking. Generally it has a good value for money.
The room was very clean and ready for us to move in even before 2 pm.
The room temperature was very good, although I would like to have the option to adjust the temperature myself.
The noise isolation is not very good, though. We could hear almost every noise from the nearby rooms and also from the street traffic.
The personnel is friendly and eager to help, we were also allowed to leave the car in the parking even after checking out.
Breakfast was almost ok if you exclude the cold eggs and the limited variety.

this is a very convenient hotel with gated parking that is 20 min from the city center. you can also take the car and park in the center for 70 cents an hour. the staff is very friendly and will give you recommendations. we did not try the breakfast buffet although it looked very good because we went to a coffee right around the corner, they have good pastries.

Just wanted to stay there for one night. Rooms were clean and employees friendly. But that’s it! Worst accommodation in my life! Windows and all walls thin like paper. Can’t sleep and heard all night noises of Italian race-cars and people talking. Felt like they are in the room with me. I almost forgot to tell you something about water flush from other rooms. You can not imagine how often people go to restrooms in the night!
If you want to have a relaxed night - pay 10 Euro more or buy a tent!
B&B won’t see us again!

Staff was very polite, breakfast was pretty good, they offered it to us and we could decide and pay in the morning, just before you go.
We were provided free parking spot, no matter if right in front of the hotel, or in the 20 meters away parking near by, which is also nice. Room was clean but there was a slight smell from the bathroom.
Bed was flattened, even gutted and you roll in it from the sides to the middle, like in the edge of a valley. Mattresses definitely need change, pillow was not comfortable but that’s my issue, having trouble with non orthopedic pillows and forgot to bring mine. The drain pipe in the shower was a bit clogged.

1) It was not possible to change a day (wrong date from-to was given by mistake). I was referred to some company with my request, which apparently does the system support, but had no idea why I was redirected there.
2) With that, I had to book an additional night. Problem a) I booked the third night on site and noticed afterwards that it would have been 10.- EUR cheaper online. When asked about this, the person at the front desk smiled and just said "prices are dynamic and change" Problem b) I was told that I would have to move to a new room for the third night. I was there on business and had an early morning appointment. So I got up extra early to pack everything up and when I got to the front desk to pick up the key for my new room I was smiled at and told I was keeping the original room. So all for nothing.
3) The bed is uncomfortable and I was very uncomfortable with how noisy the rooms were. Unfortunately, from my room you could hear everything that was going on in the other rooms (throat-clearing, blowing nose...).

Please don't change soap that often, it was quite loud in the night because there were guests that kept screaming and knocking on doors. Rooms were really practical and clean. The room service is really good!

We have stopped here in summer 2021 and now in spring 2022. Both visits have been excellent. The hotel is very clean, modern and tidy. The staff are very friendly. What we like is that the hotel caters for cyclists and has safe storage in the underground garage for our bicycles. The hotel is a very pleasant 15 minute walk into the centre of the old town. We will stop here again when we are cycling in the region.

The staff is extremely friendly and patient, willing to accommodate guests’ needs. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast has even vegan options, which is not easy to find in small cities, especially in Italy. Bus stops are very closed to the hotel, the city centre is nearby and you can walk there in 10-15 minutes.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Shops, town center, gasoline station, restaurants are all in the nearness. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. The free parking is a big advantage. The ready made food that you can buy and warm-up in their microwave is a big plus. We were so tired when we arrived and so the food vendo is a big help.
The not so good thing is that the rooms are not really sound proofed that I heared everything from the corridor and neighboring rooms. Also I could smell the cigarette smoke from the other room. BUT, the staff are super helpful and friendly and nice. The breakfast is super.

Buongiorno Andrea, il B&B Hotel Udine non ha nessuna convenzione con lo Sporting Club Sardinia, ma prendiamo nota per un B&B Hotel Palau! Un caro saluto. Davide (B&B Hotels Italia)
