Breakfast was the usual continental fare which suits me, although there was no English, or cooked breakfast if that's your preference.
Cost per room was €60, which I'd expected to be much more. Hence the reason I've scored it higher than I perhaps would have done normally.
As mentionned by others it is situated near a gas station, but this is no trouble at all, and rooms are very quiet.
Ask for a non-smoking room if you are a non-smoker, as the first room I was given had a strong smell, but I was offered to change without any problem.
Breakfast is a buffet of fair quality.
The hotel is just over a petrol station but no noise at all.
The rooms are very roomy and clean. Good breakfast buffet with a lot of sweet stuff for a tipical italian breakfast (brioches, handmade cakes, biscuits, cookies, bread, marmelade, juice, coffee, cappuccino and so on) and just bread and salami if you want continental kind of breakfast.
Free wifi in every room.
Not for me!
The hotel and rooms seem old and dated and there is a slightly stale smell (maybe because at some point in its history it was smoking was allowed in the rooms).
Breakfast was fine, good offerings by Italian standards. It seems the hotel is used by tour groups so the breakfast room was very busy when we went (8am).
Location wise it is technically close to the lovely old part of town, however there is a canal which means it is not as close to walk as it might seem on a map.
