Had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel, I above all appreciated the kindness of all the personnel, my room was on the second floor of the hotel and the receptionist very kindly carried my suitcase up for me. the cleaning staff were super efficient and did a great job. Everyone made me feel at home. Breakfast was served in a lovely location facing the gardens and pool. The breakfast itself was varied and generous.
Hotel is just a short walk from the centre of Udine. Highly recommended.

We stayed one night in this wonderful family run hotel. It’s a stylish blend of modern and classic in a old Villa.
The owners are very friendly and create a marvelous breakfast with fresh waffles.
The pool in the garden invites for a little swim. Highly recommended.

A very nice hotel with a pleasant atmosphere. Stylish, functional rooms. The bathroom is new, clean, great. Breakfast on the terrace was completely fine, sufficient selection.
Near the center of the town, good location, and parking in the hotel area is an advantage.
Very pleasant gentleman at the reception. He recommended a great pizzeria in town. Thank you, we were very satisfied.

I have stayed in this hotel several times. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and the staff is helpful. A good place to stay for visiting Udine, The Friuli proivence, or Venice. A short bus ride takes you to the station. A one hour train ride to Venice with return trains running every hour or so.

NOT the right hotel for soccer lovers ..
I stayed at this hotel with my family on a return trip from vacation - hoping i could follow the Soccer World Championships. The description on booking.com says "Sat TV". Unfortunately there was no NO Sat TV and no free italian channel to watch the games. There is only digital terrestrian TV with local italian channels.
The hotel itself is nice, clean and offers good breakfast. The rooms in the new part of the hotel are spectacular in their design - but i find them too dark and the mattresses too hard. Breakfast is great and all the people I dealt with in the hotel were super friendly. Well, all except one: When I asked for a little discount because of the TV matter a lady working there answered that I should maybe book a "5 Star hotel" if theirs was not good enough. Not the right attitude, i think.

We stayed at the hotel once only, but if we are ever to come back to Udine - will stay there again. (I sometimes think I will go there specially to stay at the hotel)
There are two parts of the hotel: original building and new build "extension".
The rooms in the original bit were on their list for the refurbishment, however, still nice and tidy, full of nice features. The new extension rooms are very chic and ultra-modern. VERY nice.
However, the best we enjoyed about the hotel is not just location (very close to the city centre), not just the rooms, but the hospitality of its owners! Felt very much at home. Would recommend to anyone.

I spent only one night in this hotel, arriving late in the night and leaving early in the morning.
However, I had a very friendly and courteous treatment from the staff (maybe the owner) and I was delighted of their care. The location is very silent and had a very good sleep quality. The room I had was a bit small but very fine for such a short stay. Good choice of Italian style breakfast. The room was clean and functional with nice decoration. The bathroom was fully furnished with shower box (no bathtub). Internet was easy to connect with very simple username and password (only inconvenience that the connection would be lost and had to login again after some time without using it). This hotel offers a very good value for the price and I strongly recommend it.

This hotel is 10 minute walk to the main square/piazza in Udine. Parking is free in a gravel parking lot at the back of the hotel. This boutique hotel is quite unique. We stayed in the large family room with queen size bed, sofa bed and numerous chairs. It was huge and felt very spacious for the 3 adults staying in the room. Breakfast was not included in our booking and was purchased for 10 euro each. It was satisfactory with hot and cold food available. Staff were absolutely hospitable, friendly and helpful. My only criticism is that you could hear guests in the hallway and other rooms. However we were probably the noisiest in the hotel! Very clean and would stay here again.

We booked this hotel last minute on our way home from Croatia, not expecting much. It was such a lovely surprise, the staff is very friendly, the pool area was great and it is in walking distance from the city centre. We ended up extending our stay and enjoyed it very much.
