Modern and comfortable hotel situated in a central location in Parma close to some really good restaurants, sights and shopping. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The room was comfortable but WiFi was up and down. Night staff very friendly and enjoyed listening to us coming back and describing what we had for dinner. Would certainly use again when we return to Parma.

The hotel is very modern and designed for the short stay traveller. The room is spacious enough. Excellent bed, well designed bathroom. Very good breakfast. Good location. It's only a ten minute walk to the center. Good restaurants a few minutes away.

If you want a clean and modern hotel at a convenient distance to the center, this is the place to go to. Nice breakfast, efficient service. Nothing much of a lobby and cozy feel but we didn't need that as we were out and about all day and eve. Would come back.

A very small room. Lot of street noise. Didn't fell safe in neighborhood at night. Parking was horrible, one to find it, two to pay for it. Supposed to be 6 euros. Were there only 10 hours and was charged 11 euros. More than a ten minute walk. Reception staff not helpful or welcoming at all. Room was clean, shower was good.

I chose this hotel because it was very conveniently located, just 5 min walk from the railway station; the room was spacious, clean, and very nicely designed. The desk behind the bed allows you to stay up and work without bothering anyone else who you may be traveling with. Wifi was steady and fast. The bathroom was new and shiny. Typically, Italians enjoy a quick breakfast, with little more than an espresso. However, the choice of fresh fruit and sweet bites was abundant and delicious.

This hotel has very modern decor, with comfortable bed and a few built-ins. Bath tub is very deep and could make showering difficult for older guests. Breakfast was good but not as varied as in many other Italian hotels. Good location, within 10-15 minute walk from the center. Parking is off premises in a public garage nearby, about 10 minute walk away.

Good location close to the railway station. Rooms are clean and comfortable. What let this hotel down was the breakfast service. The service at breakfast was very poor, with little or no help from the staff, no spoons, no juice, no milk, and when you asked for these items they just shrugged their shoulders , I would recommend not to have breakfast here and go to a local cafe.

Hotel is lovely. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Great location, close to railway station. My only gripe is the staff on at breakfast. We were told that breakfast is until 10. We went down at 9.40 and found that some things were finished and not replenished. Then the staff started quickly taking stuff away so we couldn't get it. For example, they had bowls of fruit. I lifted a bowl to get some pineapple and kiwi because I didn't want prunes or black bits of banana. When I turned around they had swiped away the nice fruit but left the manky black bananas. Same for juice, water and milk so you could have a mug of their rotten cold tar that they try and pass off as coffee but can't make a cup of tea. They have cereal but no spoons or milk for it etc. Happened us 2
