We stayed for one night in June 2004 after seeing the recommendations on this site. Overall i was a bit underwhelmed - if this is the best value to be had in Parma i'd consider staying in Milan or Bologna instead next time!

Hotel Torino is very pleasant, with handy underground secure parking, right in the centre of Parma. Local for just about everything, positioned in a quiet street. The staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English.
