What a pleasure it was to stay in the apartments! Modern, light and large, with comfy beds and a small kitchen area. The hotel staff was extraordinary and could not do enough for us. The breakfast was fantastic! And the shower- wow! My only criticism is that there was no phone connection to the hotel but they are fixing that....

We have traveled to Bologna for business for over a decade, and this is by far the friendliest hotel we've experienced. The front desk staff, the bellman, and the breakfast room attendants always seemed genuinely happy, and were eager to please. We will never need another hotel - we've found our home in Bologna!

We had booked apartments at their nearby facility, but got an email a few days before we got there that a pipe had broken so they would give us junior suites in their courtyard instead. These rooms are usually more expensive than the apartment, and they were giving it to us at the lower price of the apartment. The people...

I was in bologna for 2 weeks and stayed at the mets apartments run by the Metropolitan Hotel. I could not have asked for any more. The servicing of the apartment was just perfect - cleaning and laundry services were excellent and the room was expensively and thoughtfully furnished. Special mention go to the Front Desk staff who were utterly...

We stayed in one of the suites in the Olive Court. Lovely bathroom. Very quiet. The breakfasts were good, apart from the coffee, and the service was friendly and welcoming.

Arrived in the middle of snow chaos, Bologna train station was madhouse. Easy 5min taxi ride to hotel. (If not for all the snow on the ground, the train station is a easy walk away) Hotel staff were warm and welcoming. Very glad to have a properly heated bedroom when it was -10 C outside, friendly porter helped with luggage....

We stayed at this hotel when the heavy snow hit Italy in early February. It was a late Internet booking so that we could be that bit closer to Bologna airport for our flight out the following day. Through the reviews read on Trip Advisor we selected it for its excellent location in the heart of the city while also...

Situated in a quiet side street off one of the main streets in central Bologna, this hotel is a real find! We arrived in bitterly cold weather and were relieved to find the hotel was warm, beautifully decorated and staffed with really helpful people. Actually, our very large room turned out to be far too hot and for some reason...
