Left Brescia after the Mille Miglia departure, and arrived at this hotel by car. It was hard to find it since this hotel is blended with appartment buildings and residentials parking lots (at least in the dark)...The parking was a pain to find, and the burned out concierge didnt knew what was going on since we were 2 couples and...

Located with an easy access to the city center by the straight road. Lift is tight and the room itself too. Equiption is old enough. Key is not a magnetic card and was asked to be kept on reception if go outside. City parking is available right near the building but for additional payment.

Had some internet problems when booking the hotel and ended up with completely the wrong booking. They were very pleasant and helpful and we managed to sort it all out , hopefully to everyone's satisfaction.

We liked staying here because it was within walking distance to the town center and it was clean and less expensive than most other options. Bologna was fantastic! Great art, food, & history. The hotel was fine. It was connected to a parking garage - great for drivers - the cost for parking was 20 euro/day. We thought this was...

Traveled in Italy many times and use Best Western, as they are a reasonable standard and we only use the hotel as a base, breakfast, shower and sleep. Reception good, polite on every occasion, breakfast was continental, reasonable choice, some scrambled egg and hot dog style sausage as a warm option, breakfast waiter was not overly friendly, coffee not great...

Hotel is conveniently placed for centre of this lovely city. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Rooms clean but dated. Wifi doesn't work and no tea and coffee in rooms. Worst point is the charging of very hefty so called local taxes, one of which was required in cash. Charges made on % of a room rate which they would...

Cons: no tea/coffee making facilities despite several sites advertising that these are available. Outdated and small bathrooms. Balconies are a joke. French doors leading onto a roof with locked metal gate preventing access so why bother. Booking and paying for deluxe rooms only to be allocated one standard (should never have happened and no apology forthcoming) and a tiny deluxe...

The only good aspect is the small distance from the city centre and the nice bars/restaurants area. For the rest this hotel was a terrible experience. The rooms were most likely never renewed as the bathroom looked the same ad my grandma's house and the carpet looked really old and pretty disgusting. The walls are as thin as a piece...
