We really enjoyed our stay in Residence Petronio. Comfortable rooms, all necessary facilities and the best location! One hundred feet, or thirty paces from I Due Torri, and right among the best cafes and exciting street life in one of the best Italian cities we gave visited.

We stayed in the Enzo suite - perfect for our family of four. It was beautifully appointed with all we needed & in the most convenient position. Francesca was beyond helpful & friendly. We couldn't recommend the Adriano team highly enough. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

We wanted to explore the Emilia Romagna region with our young daughter who just turned 4 and after quite a bit of research, we settled on Bologna. We stayed at the top floor studio. The unit is tastefully appointed and had everything we needed for six nights. It is professionally maintained and does not feel like you are staying at... More

Stayed with two friends for a weekend break - the location could not be better. Right in the centre with all the attractions, shops, cafes, delis just a short walk away. The area is pedestrianised on the weekends and is very lively. Some noise does get through, plus the central location means there are bells ringing from churches etc so... More

We stayed here for three nights. We had a one bedroom apartment in the loft and our family had a two bedroom apartment. Our apartment was very chic, well equipped although it and the other apartment had no wine glasses ( very strange for Italy). The apartment was spotless and we all shared meals here as the one bedroom had... More

The Petronio residence is centrally located near the city center, quiet, and tastefully renovated. We appreciated the walk-in shower, safe, closet storage, kitchenette and the contemporary style. The apartment is the perfect home away from home while in Bologna. Highly recommended. - Carol S.

We spent five days at the Residence over Easter. The two-bedroomed flat (fourth floor) was just right for four people. The beds were very comfortable and the street noises were effectively deadened when the windows were shut. The kitchenette had a good-sized fridge, dishwasher and (unusually for Italy) an electric kettle. Breakfast and simple meals could be prepared if necessary... More

Spent a week in Bologna with family and stayed at Petronio Residence. Brilliant location adjacent to the two towers.
