The positives: The location is great, about 15-20 minutes walk from Urbino city center. It has a unusual built, when you enter you are on the 6th floor. There is a parking, which is a difficult thing to find in Urbino. The view is good. The negatives: The hotel was practically empty which gave the place together with the outdated...

We stayed here last week as part of a tour. Our room was comfortable and our bathroom was fine - no problems with shower curtains (no one had one!) although water did get around a bit. The staff were very good, and the food on some nights was good, but on others, really not good. Breakfast was basic but there...

Where to start ? The hotel has good views from rooms at the front, but we had a room at the back facing a steeply sloping bank of trees about 20 feet away, with the sky only visible by craning the neck upwards. The room was thus very dark and very small, with faded decor, twin very narrow low beds,...

I unfortunately, like my fellow travellers, had no choice in being deposited in this sad, run-down hotel "in" Urbino. Please know "in Urbino" is a euphemism as it is a bus ride away. I was travelling with 4 British friends within a larger group for a total of 40. Let me start with the positives of which there are two-the...
