Stayed for 3 days 2 nights. Clean and comfortable rooms. The place is located near the Termini, metro and tram stations. It is also near a supermarket and some shops and restaurants. Some of the tourist attractions of Rome is walking distance. Great breakfast personally prepared by the owners. Most of all, you will be treated with the warm and...

Stayed here Monday to Friday. The location was good. Close to colosseum and Roma termini. The owner doesn't speak much English so was a little difficult to bring up the few issues we had. Like the fridge not being cold and the bed of nails. (Might have been more comfortable) Also was under the impression the rate included breakfast which...

I stayed there from the 16 march until 21 March 2015. Sorry for the delay with the review... What a great place. Clean!!!! Quiet. Nice owners, very helpful. Very near termini station and central, walking distance to everything. Not pricey. Absolutely worth it. Supermarket 2 mins walk. Could not wish anything better than that. Highly recommend!

Stayed here for a week in April. Gianluca and Daniela were wonderful and realy made our stay as enjoyable as possible. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and easy to find, less than five minutes walk from the metro station, and about 15 minutes from the train station. It even has a fabulous old lift! The breakfast was plentiful and...

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
