As below, i booked a room there and they took the money from my account. When I came it was closed without letting me know. There is not any communication from their side about returning the money do not risk with them. There are plenty other bb around.

I booked this property as a surprise Christmas present for my grandparents. The company took my money and absconded after cancelling the booking. Didn't even make it there! When I called there was no answer and no response to my emails either. My bank couldn't locate the money neither could the company I booked with. Scam artists!

PRO'S: - Relatively clean - GREAT location!! - Nice staff (if you are nice, they are nice, if you're rude, you'll have a bad time.) - Central - Close to Termini, supermarket and restaurants. - Good bed - Music in the evening. - Good Base for exploring the city. - Cheap. Staff were unfriendly and inattentive. There was only one towel to share between the two which was only solved a day later after asking. There was no hand soap. And no wi-fi despite saying so on the website. The rooms however were pleasant but would not recommend the hotel to a friend.

This is our favorite B&B so far, for many reasons. Great location walking distance to most things, a lovely space (clean and spacious) with use of a fridge, microwave and A/C, which is a welcome feature in the blistering 90 degree summer heat. Also breakfast tickets at the restaurant on the corner, a lovely assistant and a very knowledgeable, helpful...

It was clean and central. It was a bit confusing to find when we first got to Rome, but once we figured out how to get into the building and waited for the caretaker to get there it was fine. Bathroom wasn't shared in our room, which was good. There is a small elevator which can fit a person and...

Clean sheets aren't too much to ask for... maybe soap and shampoo are, but none of the above were available. The bathroom was dirty and the sink was backed up. No key for the room safe and the triple room with two beds only had a double bed. Amit was not what I would qualify as friendly or responsive.

We arrived here in the pouring rain to discover I had lost the print off with our booking on. The guy took my name, showed us to our room, then told me I needed my document. I said I didnt have it but that I had written down the info and codes etc but he kept saying "document document" I...

It is a nice place , close to termini station and coloseum. Kind staff and clean rooms. If it's a great place for a few days in Rome, I recommend it. A lot of restaurants are nearby and close to the metro

“Room #6 is with the window to courtyard. Less noise! Bring ear plugs to sleep better because windows and doors are not sound proof. Don't forget to write an email about late arrival to be accepted as service desk works until 19:00. Service desk guy said that you do not need to pay late arrival fee if arrived before 21:00.”
