When we were booking this hotel I accidentally booked us two times. The hotel was more then happy to fix the problem. We booked the hotel using a credit card and the hotel could not give us the credit back so they gave us the cash. The room was very small, but it was big enough for what we needed....

Interested in avoiding the standard American hotel ? Look no further. Rooms teeny but comfy. Bathroom even smaller. Shower stall smaller yet. Weigh more than 200 lbs? Plan to stay elsewhere. However--towels are wonderful and plentiful. Shower head huge. Water pressure perfect. Rooms clean. Big windows open easily. Elevator. Breakfast room small but seats about 12 comfortably. Food ok and...

My daughter and I stayed here last week, 23rd to 26th of January. What a great find, lovely place, clean, comfortable, and very friendly. Ok, the bathroom wasn't huge, the view out of the window wasn't great, the lift an experience, but I would recommend this Hotel to anyone. A great position, we were able to walk every where, except...

Cannot Fault. Stayed two nights in January for under £100. Our room (409) was purple and adequate size wise. Standard European two single beds pushed together, and bathroom was spacious enough with a full size shower that was lovely and hot at all times. Bed is hard, which suited me fine, and no street noise bothered me. Breakfast adequate. No...

In for a Rome city-break? Relais dei Papi seems like the perfect hotel to check-in. Vatican Museum and San Pietro are half a mile away, while Colosseum, Piazza Navona, Piazza di Spagna and Corso are within a walking difference. The rooms are cosy and modern, check the upper floor for rooms including maasage tub and colourful lights. Breakfast a l'italiano,...

This small hotel is located in the Prati neighborhood, very close to the Vatican and convenient to many other areas of Rome. Our rooms were clean, well sized and quiet. Breakfast was good, but very crowded, and the food ran out frequently. Staff was very nice. Would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable and nice hotel in Rome.

Rooms are really small and bathrooms too ( as well as breakfast area-no more than 3 people can get food at the same time) but we were not in a Rome to sleep inside our rooms. Just 5 minute walk ( 10 minutes if you have rheumatoid arthritis) from Lepanto Metro A station, you can get to so many places...

An until 10.00am when we had to leave room as could not put up with the continous banging...There was no english tv...

Staying in Prati

Neighbourhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the centre, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighbouring Borgo, Prati is a local favourite for its aesthetic organisation and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
