No reception, tourist maps, luggage storage on a Sunday, staff when available are very helpful but service appears to be at their convenience, location is noisy and a 10 min walk to connecting tourist transportation although relatively cheap and clean, i would not recommend these...More
Very helpful staff. Good location - easy to get to train station and centre although there wasn't an awful lot nearby in terms of shops, restaurants, etc. Clean, well equipped room, lovely garden. Ambulances from the nearby hospital were a little loud at night though.
