Stayed here for 4 nights and were very impressed! Sleeping beauty is an easy walk to the metro, tram and bus stop going into the centre of Rome so transport is no worry. The guesthouse itself is extremely clean, the rooms are spacious and overall we enjoyed coming back to relax after long days of exploring. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed for 5 days here. Awesome place to be. Very near to metro station and for that matter walkable from Colosseum. Super frdly hosts/staff. Sufficiently large and comfortable rooms. On the top of it, pretty much budget. Totally worth.

We found the location of this property to be very good - close to metro, trams and buses. Staff were friendly and room was large. Close to hospital so ambulances frequently go past with siren sounding (including during the night). We got used to this quite quickly though so it wasn't a big problem.

Starts with super friendly staff who will go out of their way and go the extra mile to look after you. Rooms are very clean on a slight negative the guesthouse is on quite a noisy road and internally rooms could do with a dressing mirror, our room had small mirror in bathroom only. Great value overall and great location...

I lliked it, it was very very very clean, the person at the reception was very kind and told us everything we wanted to know about the things we can visit in rome. It felt like home! The only thing i didn't like was the fact that on the floor wasn't a carpet or something, and and feet get cold

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
