We just returned from a 6 night stay at this wonderful hotel. We took advantage of their excellent transportation service from the airport, which reduced our stress level after a very long overnight flight. The location of this hotel is so amazing, basically adjacent to the Imperial Forum. The staff is excellent......very friendly and efficient. A breakfast buffet was available...

We stayed here for three nights and have nothing but the highest praise for the Establishment. The rooms were excellent, the views from the rooftop garden amazing, the hotel was whisper quiet in the middle of the City! The staff were nothing short of superb. Helpful attentive but unobtrusive. Should other hotel owners want to learn how to look after...

When you check in they give you the Via Baciina address to give cab drivers as it puts you right at the bottom of the...

Friendly staff who will bend over backwards to help out, which in our case included changing our room as we had a few issues with the AC in our original room. They made no fuss and upgraded us for the other 4 nights to an absolutely beautiful garden view room. Zizi at the front desk was always friendly and helpful...
