The location is amazing and the rooms come with a great WiFi connection which is included. The room is also very very cheap for central Rome so as a short stay base its great. The downside is that the bed is by far the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. Think the great stone table from the lion...

I spent a few days there with my wife some weeks ago, gosh!!! What a mistake! I hope they won't trick other people like us. We had very good time in Rome, wonderful city, but this Hotel....forget about it. First of all it is sooo damn expensive for the service they provide (no breakfast), second the room so tiny and...

Dear Customer I am very sorry to read reviews like his, because it is clear that he does not describe the reality, it’s clear when I read ... AND NOT EVEN SO CLEAN, or …THEY DON’T EVEN UNDERSTAND YOU, i understand that his sentences unpleasant left half without any justification or explanation, were listed randomly, which makes me doubt the...

Our room was very kitch with blue walls and copies of Renaissance art. Very nice and friendly staff, rooms are clean. For us who have been at the hotel only to sleep the rather small room was alright. On one hand, the location of the hotel is perfect, only 15-20 min walk from Colosseum, Foro Romano and many amazing places....

We like previous reviewer stayed in an apartment off the hotel, it was clean, comfy, very reasonably priced and fine for families. Location is ideal, right in the centre of shopping area of Via del Corso and a few minutes walk to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Piazza Narvona, Pantheon, Vatican etc.. As a family with teenagers room although small it...

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was great for what we wanted. Agree it was difficult to find but the hint about Timberland was very useful. Room was small but as we only needed it to sleep in it was perfect. Situated really close to lots of the places we wanted to visit so easily walkable. Taxi stand just...

you cannot ask for a better area to stay in Rome to hit all the attractions. able to walk to everything, the colosseun, trevi fountain, the vatican etc. rooms are decent size for a Eurpoean hotel. place is tricky to find, have to look for the name on the door, then up some stairs to the lobby. no breakfast, but...

As per previous reviews, this was difficult to find at first. I would advise taking a taxi from the airport. We got the train and the subway and was a bit of a trek after a 7am flight from London. The room was bigger and better than expected. The twin beds were pushed together with no space to pull them...

This centrally located Rome hotel offers the basics - typically small hotel room, twin beds pushed together posing as a Queen, no window view, functional bathroom and AM coffee for 1 Euro; It is next to Timberland store, otherwise nondescript emtry makes it difficult to locate, especially after long transcontineltal trip; it is walkable from La Spagna Metro exit but...

Dear Customer Thanks for your review, Sorry to note that although he liked our location, the staff at the reception and the price paid for his stay, his judgment was not entirely satisfactory. Our room was very small. Bathroom was alright. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Location is very good and central, but it took us 2 hours+ to find the hotel from where the taxi dropped us off. Staying in Colonna

Neighbourhood Profile
Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos, goal-oriented tourists, and on-the-go locals cross paths every day in Colonna, a delightful chaos in the very centre of the city. Even though it has some of the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle Epoque shopping centre, and a magnificent Baroque parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural storm. Colonna can safely say it has the best of Rome: museums, boutiques, window displays, restaurants, cafes, and people watching.
