This was a great location for visiting the Vatican, 1 block away! Lots of shopping and restaurants. When we arrived we had to wait 45 mins to show up. We arrived in the hours of check-in. Owners do not live on sight! In fact no one is there, with the exception of Carlos, who comes daily to clean and restock...

Hello Jennifer, I’m Alessandro, the owner of the B&B. I want to thank you for your review because it helps us to improve and as you can see by many other reviews we always try harder. About the self service breakfast, I have to tell you that it’s something that many of our customers appreciate a lot because they have...

We were there in late October for 3 nights and we really enjoyed ourselves. Alessandro and partner were there to great us and made us feel very welcome. The room was clean and bright. This was our first experience with Italian breakfasts, pastries, meat and cheese (no eggs). This self-serve breakfast also had fresh fruit and cereal and excellent cappuccinos....

Location was Gd! Near to Vatican City. Host was friendly, breakfast was ok. Transport from airport is $50 euro. Need to arrange with host though. Security wise is great. There are 2 outside door securing the building! Think it's a condominium.. Overall is great!

We had a great time there. Very clean and quiet rooms. Good breakfast too. The only thing I could complain about is that the romos have high ceilings and the first days it was a bit cold there. Anyway, they all are air conditioned.

From booking direct to checking out it was 5 stars. Rooms large, clean, quiet and the breakfast room excellent especially after a long day walking great to help your self to a fresh coffee. Would recommend to friends any time.

This is really a fantastic B&B. The rooms were beautifull and very clean. The breakfast was more then expected. And the location is really great, about 5 minutes from the Vatican and its musea, 10 minutes to the old city but also enough shopping in the area. Besides all this, the service of the owner goes far...he arranged whatever we...

Very nice and helpful owner/staff who provided excellent advice. We had a great stay and would stay there again. Very good value. Comfortable bed, clean, safe and pleasant accommodations with attractive art decor. Really near subway/ metro that we used for all our travel around Rome. They even arranged an airport pickup which was a great help since this was...

This is a lovely cute boutique hotel. The staff are super friendly and the location is perfect. Rooms are spacious and ceiling is super tall (tall enough to shoot a basketball). Very important is that the rooms are super clean :o)

It was truly a home away from home. With a nice cosy common dining room adjoining the room. The eatery right down stairs L'isola Della Pizza was really good. Perfect location if you are visiting Vatican especially. Rest of Rome wasn't too far away.

Staying in Prati

Neighbourhood Profile
Just steps away from the chaos of the centre, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighbouring Borgo, Prati is a local favourite for its aesthetic organisation and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
