What a nice comfortable B&B this is. Such friendly people. The price was reasonable, and so close to all the attractions in central Rome. The air conditioning was so welcome after walking everywhere. It's fairly quiet, and there's nothing like hearing the horse drawn carriages in the street below as they go to work every morning. They even arranged for...

A good little hotel in a great location. It's walking distance from most attractions and very close to some good restaurants and cafes. As it was our honeymoon they also gave us a bottle of champagne to kickstart out stay in Rome :)

Rome was on my list of cities to visit for many years. I finally decided to plan it for this year with my friend for 5 days. It took me a long time to search for a place to stay, not knowing the city. On the Website of Eva's Rooms I liked the colorful ceilings of the rooms and the...

I recommend Eva's rooms as being of great value with a nice atmosphere which makes me think of how a pensione might have been for the traveller abroad in the late 19th early 20th century. The location is really central but the street is small and was quiet at night. Add this to good strong showers (although the plumbing made...

The room was clean and the couple who manage it were very nice. Their daughters english is much better then their own :) It was nice and quiete at night....

My wife and I stayed at Eva's rooms for three nights, we couldn't have been happier. Centrally located steps from the train station, so no fighting with your luggage all over town, and great for a quick commute to other towns, such as Levanto or La Spezia. Even though breakfast is not included, they offer instant coffee and a tea...

We stayed here on a recommendation from friends. It is such a great location. Everything is walking distance. Spanish Steps, 2 minutes away. The only way to see Rome is to get out there and walk, so this B&B is perfect. The palce itself si nothing too fancy, but its a very reasonable price if you compare it to other...

I came to Rome to see Rome, not a hotel. If you are doing the same, Evas Rooms is an excellent choice. Comfortable room, comfortable beds, hot shower, and staff bringing you coffee in the morning before you venture out. Perfect! Evas Rooms is approximatly 7-8 minute walk to Trevi Fountain and 10 minutes to the Spanish Steps. We walked...

Staying in Campo Marzio

Neighbourhood Profile
Campo Marzio
From its original role as ancient army training fields to its present-day identity as one of the city’s most desirable neighbourhoods, the Campo Marzio is the best place to get lost in Rome. Gorgeous Renaissance and Baroque palazzos line the streets, and are filled with enticing boutiques and food shops. By day, Rome’s best-dressed denizens criss-cross its streets in a fashionable parade of errands, occasionally pausing to look fabulous in gorgeous piazzas like San Lorenzo in Lucina. Campo Marzio can be a bit of a sleeper after aperitivi hour (21:00), so visit by day and experience the pulse of daytime Rome.
