The hotel/guest rooms are very big, we had a lot of room for our luggage and for our three year old son to play in the room while we were indoors. The decor is gorgeous. The location is fantastic, down the road was the Pjazza di Spagna and the spanish steps, two supermarkets within walking distance to pick up drinks...

This was a nice hotel, near to spanish steps , trevi fountain. the building and decor are not modern , but this is part of the charm . the frescoes on the walls are stunning. it was spotlessly clean and comfortable. for this location in many other hotels you would pay double. would go back again

We had wonderful stay at Eva's. Thank goodness for the staff . They helped us with everything . When we needed a cab not only, did they find one for us, they had to help us translate our fare. Staff was good natured and fun. Thanks again, see you on our next trip.

We stayed with a group of six in Eva's Rooms in early June, for two nights. We were delighted with the location which was extremely central and within walking distance to many of Rome's sights. The rooms were a decent size, air conditioned (very welcome in Rome's heat) and comfortably furnished. The ceilings had interesting frescoes. The bathrooms were a...

We stayed in Room 1, and we really weren't bothered by noise at all. There were a lot of steps to get up and down, but that's to be expected in Cinque Terre - and some places have a LOT more steps than Eva's Rooms. The bathroom for our room was separate to the room itself, so we had to...

Nice little Family B & B just in the hart of Rome placed 5 min. walk from both the Spanish stairs and the Trevi Fontaine. Friendly, helpful and discreet services. for instance - we were offered a cab to pick us up in the airport for a cheaper price - if we had to take bthe bus or the train....

Very good value for your money. Our room (31) was quiet and had a nice balcony too. The only thing to be aware of is that some rooms face a noisy street.

This hotel was not as good as expected from reviews. The rooms are small and the walls are thin. Lots of noise from room next door. Breakfast was ok, but not a lot was offered. Will not stay here again. There are lots of better places in Rome for what you pay.

Staying in Campo Marzio

Neighbourhood Profile
Campo Marzio
From its original role as ancient army training fields to its present-day identity as one of the city’s most desirable neighbourhoods, the Campo Marzio is the best place to get lost in Rome. Gorgeous Renaissance and Baroque palazzos line the streets, and are filled with enticing boutiques and food shops. By day, Rome’s best-dressed denizens criss-cross its streets in a fashionable parade of errands, occasionally pausing to look fabulous in gorgeous piazzas like San Lorenzo in Lucina. Campo Marzio can be a bit of a sleeper after aperitivi hour (21:00), so visit by day and experience the pulse of daytime Rome.
