I came back into Rome to catch a plane out and I ended up here. I dont feel it was anything fancy but I was able to run around Rome to a lot of the amazing sites in an afternoon and comfortably catch my plane in the morning. I felt the location was clean, safe and comfortable.

-Close to termini station -Spacious clean room -Great staff (not in the night time) -thin walls and loud construction sound outside and don't forget that you have to pay 6euros per night for every person Overall we really enjoyed our stay in there and definitely recommend it to our family and friends.

Room is spacious but a little outdated. We were amazed that we got memory foam mattress. The room and bathroom are generally clean. The bathroom sink may need a little scrubbing. The hotel is close to Roma Termini and also some local eateries. Although there is not much to complain about, but a 4-star hotel should be more modern and...

Hotel staff were great and nothing was too much trouble. Hotel and rooms were great for the price. Rooms spacious, shower fine. TV , very comfy bed, free wifi. Nice touch of choc on pillow on arrival. Bed made daily, towels changed daily. Tea and coffee in the rooms replenished daily. Clean room. Breakfast was fine, a selection of cold...

Very convenient location as it is close to Termini station, thus an ideal place if travelling to Rome by train (Fiumicino Airport is only a 35 minute journey). The staff are friendly and the rooms are large & clean. The only down side is that 16 euros is a bit steep for breakfast - it is a pity that the...

Booked here and after reading some of the reviews I was a little apprehensive. The walk from the Termini was only a couple of minutes and we were welcomed with a quick and friendly check in. We were shown to our room and shown the mini bar and the safe. Speaking of the safe, it was pretty pointless as it...

This hotel is an easy walk from the exit of the Roma Termini. It is also easy to take the subway to other parts of the city. We ate diner one night at the hotel and it was OK. Service was excellent. Breakfast each morning was served buffet style and was very good. Lots of hot and cold choices.

Good central safe hotel a few steps from Termini station. Ideal for a solo traveller like myself. Clean & comfortable room serviced daily. Did not eat in the hotel so cannot comment on the food. Staff pleasant and efficient. Price is pretty good value .My third time to use this hotel and would come back again

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
