I stayed in this hotel along with my wife and two children from 12th to 16th of October. The location of the hotel is good and away from the daily noises of the city. Rooms are good and clean. However, for the price that they take, rooms seem to me to be small. We stayed in room 102 and 103....

I'm not usually very picky, but my experience was very bad. We arrived with my husband for our anniversary trip. The room was not ready , we waited and waited. .finally, the lobby person came and looked very lost. We had to leave with our bags and paid 200 dollars for another hotel. I don't recommend to anyone.

Great hotel in a good location, just a few stops on the Metro away from the hustle and bustle. Booking in was straight forward and easy with the most friendly lady on reception. On entering the room we were thoroughly pleased with the choice of hotel. It was clean, fairly spacious and with everything we needed. Back down to reception...

This hotels best assets is its staff. They are very nice, fun and helpful beyond what is expected. What draws the score down is for instance the breakfast. Coming to Italy, one is counting on having tasty and healthy food. I really hope they will improve pronto, or else; - go somewhere else to eat. Do not drink their black...

We have just returned from Rome and stayed at the Hotel Derby. We chose this hotel for the favourable reviews and reasonable prices and were very pleased we did. It is located outside the city walls so you cannot get the special taxi rate. Instead we got an airport shuttle bus which took us to Termini station, from here we used...

We booked 3 nights in Rome for my husbands 50th, so much choice but the reviews looked good and this is a great little hotel. It was 20 mins into Rome by the time we walked to garbatella metro and jumped onto the train so not bad at all. Room was clean and great shower just missed having a kettle...

This hotel was a little far (located in the suburb or Garbatella which is the closest subway station). It is a 10 minute walk to the subway and only a few stops from termini station. Still very accessible but if you want to be in the heart of the city, I would book closer. The staff were super friendly and...

Affordable prices, safe environment, clean room. Beautiful location, even though it's about a ten-minute-walk from the closest metro station, however there's a bus stop just outside the hotel. Excellent restaurants around the hotel, where locals eat and not tourists. When I go back to Rome, I will definitely stay here again. Well worth it and there's no crowd!

Extremely friendly staff which dictate the atmosphere within the hotel. Very helpful indeed. Huge double bed, very comfortable. Useful fridge in the room. Because I visited in February I couldn't enjoy breakfast on the terrace or make use of my small balcony but in better weather it would be lovely. One small point to make would be a suggestion of...

Price was great. The staff was great and the area around the hotel is filled with bars, a pizza restaurant, a fish restaurant, fine dining (all quite cheap), a supermarket and just an 8-minute walk to the nearest metro station (Garbatella), which is 3-4 stops from Rome's center. Room was perfect, breakfast could be a bit more extensive. All in...
