Second visit in this hotel and a third is about to happen. This hotel provides good services in a very normal price. For sure there are some things which need improvement regarding hotel's maintenance but it's a very good hotel, with good owners and staff, nice breakfast and coffee, clean rooms in a very convenient location. Perfect place for a few nights in Rome. The hotel had everything we needed and everything we'd expect from a 2 star hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was spotlessly clean. Yes, the room was quite small but it was very comfortable and good value for money. The location was good too - 10 mins walk...

I was visiting Rome with my mum and dad who were visiting Europe for the very first time. When I booked the hotel for our stay I found the reviews to be quite good and so I had booked it. Overall, the experience is satisfactory. Won't say I am too impressed with the hotel but there are certain things I...

No hot water. The staff said he didn't know why but it's hot outside so it should be ok. Extremely weak air-con. The staff said it's hotter outside. But it's not! In fact it's even cooler outside than inside. It was our last night in Italy so all we wanted was just a shower and some sleep before our flight....

Smell of cigarette smoke throughout the dining area is a turn off. Black ,smelly mould in shower recess. Stayed 9 nights and never had the bed sheets changed. Over priced for what it is. Plenty of other hotels in same area to choose from. Would not stay again and will recommend to my friends to avoid this place.

Nice central location in Rome. You can walk to the main termini station if you want. Vintage elevator but interesting though. They offer good breakfast. They should have additional signage outside as the we had a hard time finding it during our arrival. Taxi doesn't even know. Room if romantically lit(dim), would have loved if they install something more brighter.

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighbourhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighbourhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighbourhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 20:00.
