The Hotel is outside the city, but I think is a good option for Groups. Rooms are bigger that Hotels near the city, breakfast is good and the people at reception were nice. I feel the very bad review are of people who do not know Rome

To stay in the Rome neighbourhood and with eacy access to Rome metro at a short distance or to the train station, with the hotel shuttle at small price, the hotel is clean, with space in the rooms, small outside place, good payable food and bar

Got dumped here by airline ( Norwegian air) after our flight was cancelled. An absolute pit, anyone who pays to stay here is unhinged. I've a feeling it's main business is dumping ground for abandoned air travellers. Beds are tiny, bedding is a scratchy blanket. Toilets stink. Food is crap. Do not stay here. It's marginally better than the floor...

The people at the desk speak English. Advertised wifi, only in lobby and even there would drop whenever for no apparent reason. They do events, you are unlikely to sleep there during those events. Small rooms but okay for price I guess. Very very very far away from Rome, costs 70 euro/day for taxi. Pizza cooked there was good, breakfast...

Small rooms, one chair in small terace (other person must seat on the floor, no wifi (only in lobby), close to airport, that you think pista for airplanes are on the roof of rooms - very noisy; five ita channels on tv - without remote control in room, different towels in bathroom, staff are so so, like weather, once nice...

I hate to leave bad reviews but after the experience we have had at this hotel I feel I need to warn others. We were put here after a flight cancellation (NEVER travel with Norwegian Airlines as if something goes wrong with your flight you will be treated horrendously) and were horrified by the service we received. Firstly, the hotel...

It is impossible to come to the hotel by any other means than a car/shuttle. There is no public transport that will work for this hotel and walking from the closest public transport is not feasible. The hotel has transfer service to Ciampino at Euro 2.50 per person, but you would need to call them to arrange it on the...
