Great hotel! Great location, excellent service, renovated so everything is new! You have breakfast included and an afternoon snack! I definitely recommend it! Has stairs and a lift, wich was great because my mom has a knee problem.
We stayed at this hotel during the weekend of the 9th to the 11th of February.
It was recommended by my wife's colleague and we were not disappointed..

A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighbourhood that you
can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.

Tripadvisor will not let me post email addresses so I can't tell you the contact details I used, however I just clicked reply on the email that they sent to me and it worked. The receptionists are lovely people and all speak very good English so all I can suggest is maybe giving them a phone call if you can't get through by email.

I think their elevator is quite small and they are on the first floor, so you have to go up some stairs, or use the elevator. Once you are inside the hotel, however, I remember it as being on one level - the hotel is small and there are only a few rooms. Perhaps you can email them and ask - the staff there was very helpful and friendly, with a good knowledge of English.
