We were supposed to arrive at midnight but our flight got delayed. I called the them to let them know but the guy that was supposed to check me in said that it was too late and there nothing he can do. He'll see us in the morning. I was ok with that, but I not ok with paying for...

First off. It was crap. Check in went ok- copies of passports taken, Rome City tax charged. Assumed our room would be in the same building we were in...wrong, it was a ten-minute walk from the original building. I had booked a superior double room with en-suite and a balcony...only to be given a room that was definitely not superior!...

As expected due to reading previous reviews. Upon check in we were escorted to another apartment. The apartment was modern and stylish located in a residential block. I can not fault the apartment as it met our needs. The only time we were in the apartment was to sleep and shower. The location of the apartment was brilliant a 10...

We stayed in the gold room. It was basic but clean. Our room was on suite which I didn't realise so I was pleased with that. There was also another bathroom within the building for the other guests. We stayed for 3 nights, bed was very comfortable, room was small but clean and it had hairdryer, TV and also provided...

Don't expect to get any sleep, most night at least one of the rooms was noisy well into the early hours. Hosts were not very friendly, distinct atmosphere at breakfast. The worst accommodation for noisy and hospitality I have ever stayed in. Room was clean but that was the highlight of our time spent there - give it a miss!

This accommodation has 3 rooms, close to good restaurant Gauchos that is Ok. BUT beds are very bad-lain beds, where is no possible to sleep, absolutely NOISY place because there is road with big traffic (buses a lot of cars), shower does not work and flow out from bathroom to our sleeping room. Breakfast is very poor-inadequate for price. And room...

This is more of an Air BnB or Apartment type of rental. I booked with booking.com. The office is not far from Cipro Metro Station, but needs better signage. Check in was easy, but I had to walk another block with the agent to the accommodation. The accommodation is a large apartment converted into studios. It's fine for two people....

When we arrived unfortunately we'd been held up on the runway so didn't get to the b&b at the time we originally said meaning there was nobody there to let us in. So not the best start..I do feel some changes need to made about arrivals. Once we were in our room we were very pleased with what we had....

My friend and I backpacked through Europe and Rome was our first stop. The room was very spacious and clean; we were very comfortable. The building is very close to the Vatican, so a great place to stay if you want to get there early and avoid the long lines into the Vatican Museum. Our host and hostess were extremely...

When it comes to cleanliness and location, I can say that it was quite good. But the overall service was bad. The woman that was recieving us couldn't speak english at all and before you come in at the building you'll get confused which way to go because there were no reception.
