Great location - just down the road from Colosseum, and a fantastic gelato place immediately opposite! Compact hotel, but had everything we needed. We booked the cheapest room online, and our toilet/shower was en suite (i.e. we did NOT need to go to a separate/shared bathroom). Breakfast was fine - some buffet options (cereals, juice, jams, tea/coffee) and breads and...

Great location! In the center of city and 5 mins walk to coliseum. Stay for three nights and we mostly walk around to explore. The hotel post as three stars but actually I will give max one two stars or might be one star. The internet really, really slow when max people use. Breakfast is not buffet style. Mention to...

Great location as it was the same road as the colessium, which was visible as soon yiu left the door, plenty of restaurants around to choose from. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable but the room was a good size, very clean, had a TV, bathroom and heating (needed in january) the staff were friendly and the breakfast was...

Anfiteatro is located next to colossium so actually next to everything. We were happy for the location and for the cheap breakfast. Beds were bad, and lot of voice after 9am (some construction work what they didnt tell to us). Wifi was really bad and they couldnt do anything for it.. Good place for fast visit or cheap choise.

I stayed there for 3 nights with my girlfriend, in the Nerone room. Two days in a row a cleaning lady entered the room while we were still inside, at 10 AM and then at 9AM. This was very shocking. The hotel does not provide any "Do not disturb" sign and there was no way to lock the door either....

Good location, near the Collosseum , Traian's Column, Fontana di Trevi and via del corso etc. You don't have to walk more than 10 minutes for each one. Helpful staff, big and clean rooms. Just a little monotonous breakfast, but tasty.

Old, quirky, petite hotel surprisingly quiet and perfectly placed for all the main tourist attractions, especially the Colosseum which is visible from the lovely roof terrace and just a short walk from the front door. Staff extremely helpful with directions and advice. Continental breakfast provided good selection and more than we could eat. Would return and would definitely recommend.

We were in the "Cesare" apartment. Good sized rooms, nice "old style furniture". However, the place is very, very noisy, even at night and early in the morning. They need to invest in some remodelling, at least changing the windows with sound-proof, double-glazed ones. Also, the mattresses are in need of a change too! The plaster at some of the...

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel this month (October) we stayed for 5 nights. Upon arriving at the hotel I was pleasantly surprised with how it looked on the inside, it was modern and easy on the eye, despite how it looked on the outside. The location was great, with a view of the colosseum from outside and...
