Excellent location! Very close to Colosseum. Continental breakfast was good, staff were helpful, our room was spacious, clean and quiet except one morning when there was some construction outside (uncontrollable), and we had our own bathroom.

+ Location is excellent: 10 minutes stroll to Colosseum and Roman Forum. + Easy to find based on the given address, but at the entrance in the building there's no sign mentioning this B&B. However, the staff was very prompt when I called them for help and they gave us indications and let us in the building. + The room...

The Hotel is very close to the Colosseum. The nearest metro station is 5 min away. And the Termini station is a 20 min walk away. In the surroundings you have a lot of restaurants. The Host contacted on the day before to arrange and know the time we would land. He waited for us, we landed at 23:30 in...

Stayed here for a few days for the new year . Clean and basic room but fine for the short time we stayed . Breakfast was ok , nothing over the top . Location very good . Didn't see the staff until we left but they did arrange airport collection.

I understand this is a B&B, however we encountered issues with staying here! We were unable to! When we arrived no one was there to help us and the owner knew we were coming and had no intention on waiting on us. Flights arrive late and thats just what happens to travelers there was no understanding that so the owner...

Cannot rate this place highly enough. We received an email before to check our arrival time to ensure there was someone around to greet us. We arrived a little early but were allowed to leave our bags in the room and freshen up before going out again. Room is spacious, bright and clean and the bathroom is great. The breakfast...

I have visited B&B Sweet Home in late September for a couple of days with my wife and our 5 year old. We booked the triple room. The B&B it's within 10 min walk of a metro station. You got 2-3 good restaurants and 2 coffee shops within a 5 min walk. The room has a decent size. Quiet place....

Great little place hidden away, fantastic location! Free Breakfast which is a bonus (only croissant , toast, cakes and yogurts but it is free!) The double room we originally had has a few issues ... Air con broke and the toilet was leaking but after letting the hotel know they gave us the huge room as soon as it became...

This little b&b is a gem. Good location (close to Colosseum and to Termini Station), clean rooms with a modest breakfast and really kind staff. It was great after a tiring day walking around be able to come back, turn on the air condition and relax. Oh, don't forget to try their juice, it is so fresh and taste
