Martina is a good listener and find some good activities. The apartment is quiet and very peaceful. It's near the park of Villa Borghese. It's clean and the apartment is really beautiful (as the image of the city). You can do a lot of things by feet. It's really nice.

The hotel is conveniently located at Via Veneto, within walking distance to most landmarks. It's on the 5th floor which is served by a tiny Otis lift. The room we had was facing Via Veneto and fairly big. Furnitures in the room are dated but the bed is comfortable. The only problem was the stench from the bathroom. Continental breakfast...

My husband and I and some other friends were on the backside of a cruise and stayed at the Martina House prior to flying back to the States. One couple only stayed 1 night; my husband and I stayed 2 nights. Unfortunately, we were given the smallest room with the uncomfortable bed. We tried to switch to our friends' room...

Martina House was a great hotel within a really nice part of Rome. You are near enough to walk to the spanish steps (10 minutes) and using Uber Black to get to the more popular piazza's you'll pay around 10 euros. The hotel itself was really clean and decorated in a really cool old royal style. If you are looking...

I had a wonderful stay at the charming Martina House. Beautiful details, from the antique furniture to the original 18th century decorative painting on the shutters and doors. My room was very homey, comfortable and clean, and had a fantastic view of the Porta Pinciana arch leading to the Borghese Gardens. Plus the daily breakfast was delicious! I had previously...

Excellent staff, very helpful and welcoming. She provides a lovely breakfast for all guests. Good location with easy access to metro although no longer than an hour walk to any city site - only 5 mins to Spanish Steps and 10mins to Trevi Fountain. The rooms are very basic but if all you want is some where to lie your...

This B&B is on the fith floor of an ancient building. The doors, the wooden floor and part of the furniture are original from 18th century, giving the environment charme and authenticity. The position is strategic, since Via Veneto is right next door. So you can enjoy that glamorous street for a cheap price! In principle, you are asked to...

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighbourhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighbourhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighbourhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 20:00.
