It is a clean location, with nice rooms. The staf was very helpful. Lost points for lack of an easy way to identify the location and a metro station nearby. The best way to get there is Metro A to the station Cipro and then bus 31 or 33 five stops.

We arrived at the b&b about 7 a.m. Tania was not there and had to wait fit 20 minutes. That was not a problem, bacause jor fligt was late. Finally, Tanias husband came and open the room for us. We had booked a room with air-conditioning and a balcony. When we arrived, we found out that the room had neither...

This accomodation is not really a hotel but I see this very positively, because it is small, there are not too many people and in effect it is not crowded. The rooms itself are very comfortable. It is provided enough space for travellers baggage and other stuff. Concerning breakfast, I think it depends on what one like to eat in...

all rooms are designed in a different color, the staff help a lot, very clean and quite close to the city center (esspecially to Vatican). The staff brings the breakfast to your room. I definetly recommend this place because it is diffucult to find clean and cheap places in big cities

Our B&B, as it turned out, gave us the wrong directions; they own two buildings and our reserved location (online) was different than where they wanted us to go, about ½ mile away, so we hiked to it, which was tiring after a 15 hour plane flight, etc. They should have contacted us in advance to request a change or...

Staff is extremely nice, good location, easy to find, the bus stop is really near, or you can walk to the vatican. The owner explain everything when you arrive, and she gives some tips. I recommend this B&B.

We stayed here for 5 nights in June, Tania met us outside as we arrived fairly late. She was extremely helpful in explaining the bus system to us and because via gregorio is such a major road you can get a bus to anywhere from here. Alternatively the Vatican was 15 minutes walk and you can then walk to most...

A bit hard to find at first, we have used a Mercedes Benz garage as a reference point as the villa is located opposite the Merc garage. The B&B apartment is on the 1st floor. There are other apartments in the building too. Location is very good. When you exit the B&B through its gate, turn left, walk 20-25 mins...
