Perfect for a couple of nights in Rome. We stayed as a family of four. The room was small but we only slept there so was sufficient. The staff in the sister hotel were very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was good. Would definitely return here.
Nice hotel, good location, very good cleaning services, quick maintenance for any spoiled equipment in the room (actually instant replacement).
Negligible bad attitude from the staff, was certainly fixed when complained to manager about same.

20 minutes from Termini. bus H. Quiet area to spend the night and safe. Station of Trastevere 5 min walk. Also busstop 5 min.

No, and unless you have a car....I wouldn't recommend for those who mobility needs. There are two ways to access the main road from the hotel and both routes have a steep flight of stairs. We had a buggy and managed between the two of us, lifting up and down.....but not ideal, if can be avoided.
