We booked through Airbnb. Adriana was a wonderful host who is extremely knowledgeable about Rome and the area. She took the time to point out places that she personally recommend and has been to. She answered quickly to any request. The place is just as the pictures look, actually its better in person. Felt like we were living in Rome...

Just a few steps away from Camp de Fiori this place is so quiet and very secure. We rented a loft type room. It was like a mini-apartment and the place was very clean and very intimate. Although you have to know that they only give you a towel once during your stay -- which is okay since its environmentally...

Location is perfect. 2 minutes from Campo de Fiori, 10 min to Piazza Navona, 15 min to Colosseum/Forum. The Bella Vista apartment was well kept and very nice, with interesting details. Great ad reliable Wi-Fi in the apartment. Kitchen has all the basic equipment/utensils/dishes to cook, if so desired. Ideal for the independent traveler: no breakfast, concierge, front desk tourist...

Location is perfect. 2 minutes from Campo de Fiori, 10 min to Piazza Navona. Basically we were walking all the time. Even to Vatican city it took us 30 min walking. When it comes to the apartment it is also good, even though the owner/manager wrote in the email that breakfast is included and when we arrived it turned out...

Our family of 4 (2 sons aged 11 and 19 years) recently stayed 3 nights in the Romantico apartment of this fabulous b&b. We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Banzo for numerous reasons. Firstly the location is hard to beat; we could wander out of our apartment into the cool courtyard, through the glorious heavy wooden door and we...

Very nice hotel and staff was great! Rooms very unique and had a nice charm (better than a normal hotel where every room is the same). Amazing location for getting to any and all of the sights in Rome. Only a 15 minute walk to Vatican or the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Overall it was a great experience and stay.

Casa Banzo was perfect for us - we walked to all our sightseeing spots except Ostia Antica and the Appian Way, and felt very much in the swing of Rome. Justina was great - very helpful and friendly, and the building is interesting and atmospheric. The area is full of interest and beauty. Only issue - rather hot at night,...

Much of the fun of being in Rome is to be near a piazza like Campo de Fiori, Jewish Ghetto food spots, and the Argentine ruins. The B&B is in a beautiful15th century villa with historic architecture and frescos. Justina was very helpful in meeting us upon our arrival and setting us up in our rooms. The accommodations were on...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
A special place in Rome Nestling in a small square in the heart of Reinassance Rome on the remains of the ancient city, the 16th century palace was originally built for the noble family Alibrandi. The 18th century additions and subsequent renovation over the centuries have but added to the splendour. For four generations the building has belonged to the family now offering their unusually attractive bed & breakfast rooms and selfcatering apartments for discerning visitors to Rome. Their constant concern is maintaining their same traditionally high standards and ensuring the wellbeing of their guests and visitors of Rome. Great attention is paid to detail: antique furnishings and quality decor alongside modern amenities as well as the friendly but discreet sevice, make this private dwelling a very special selfcatering apartment in Rome. Casa Banzo hospitality begins in the stunning reception hall, with its stained glass and vaulted frescoed ceiling, continues in the comfort of the selfcatering apartments or bed & breakfast rooms. ... more   less
