We had some difficulty getting to it as we were held up at Rome Airport, but as we drove up Via Labicana there was Aldo waiting to greet us and help with the luggage, having waited for an hour. We found the room everything we could have wished, spacious enough for a couch, a desk and a large double bed....

I visited here earlier this year for a weekend away with my mum. We were greeted by the owner Aldo, he was very helpful and gave us useful information about the area; landmarks not to miss, recommended restaurants, transport. The accommodation itself was quite unreal. It was spotless and beautiful, we even received a complimentary bottle of wine, water and...

The location of this b&b is ideal, not in the centre of town so not too busy, but an easy walk to all major points in Rome, or an even easier walk to two local underground stops. The room was beautiful, very spacious with a huge bathroom. Bed was comfy, and slept soundly all 3 nights. Breakfast was continental style...

what you see is what you get. we loved our room, which was full of light and very clean. the location is Amazing. we didn't have the breakfast at the b&b so can't comment on that, we prefered to find different places everyday. definitely would return. noise levels are ok, btw (was afraid before going).

We spent 3 nights at La Finestra Sul Colosseo and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. The bed room and en suite were large, spotlessly clean and very tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfortable and and the room is cleaned each day. Breakfast is good and brought to the room on a trolley for you to enjoy...

We stayed here in November 2014. This is an unusual place in a number of respects. The room and bathroom are really nice and while it is in the historic center it is in a rough looking apartment building and at quite a walking distance to subway stops and places of interest other than the colosseo. The young entreprenuer couple...

Found this place through trip advisor, highly recommend it. Great location, 5 minute walk from colosseum (and B underground) in one direction and Manzoni (A underground) in other direction. We were welcomed by Aldo on arrival, who gave great information on routes, nearby restaurants and bars he recommended. Comfy room, very clean, very good breakfasts. We chose to sacrifice colosseum...

This B&B is awesome! It is a 10 minute walk from the metro station at the Colosseum and is in a quiet area with great restaurants nearby. It is a very small entrance into what seems to be an apartment building, and once you are inside the B&B you are so thankful for the wonderful air conditioning. We were in...

The B&B was perfect - it exceeded our expectations in every way. The room was spacious, exceptionally clean and extraordinarily comfortable - especially after a long day in the Roman heat! Super host, great location, and a spacious room that was a dream to come back to in the heat of the Roman summer. We began our day with a wonderful breakfast that was wheeled right into our room Talk about service! The Colosseum was a short walk down the street and there were many restaurant options not too far away....
