I am very sad to be writing my first negative review on TripAdvisor. But this hotel was not as I expected. I was really looking forward to this hotel as I saw many nice pictures of the rooms. But the room I had, was without...More
Just been to this hotel, ... first of all hotel rooms need imidiate refurbirshment, toilets from 80’s need proper work as room’s wallpapers etc.

As people have said, this hotel isn't in the best looking area. In fact we were surprised to find out how nice it was inside. It is very dated, but that just added to the character. The staff are all very nice and helpful. very...More
Clean room. Very polite and helpful staff in the reception and in the bar.
Unfortunately the bathroom had a stale smell that was pretty strong.
They gave us an extra spacious room with a wonderful veranda.
Sadly the location is not tourist friendly.
A little out of the way but a few metres to the tramline.
The hotel was beautiful, very clean and modern.
Although the rooms are quite small, what makes this hotel is the staff.
Always helpful, friendly and obliging. Nothing is too much trouble.

It is easy to get the express train from the airport to Termini Station, from there you might want to catch a taxi, walking may not be an option for you, we travel with packs and it has taken us twenty minutes to walk to the hotel, I would not recommend at night without out knowing your way. The neighbourhood as others have told you is the university district, there are a lot of affordable restaurants and bars and good quality. The streets are rather grungy but don't be put off, it's a great area to stay in.
For us the location of the hotel was not a problem, while not centrally located there is a tram a short walk away from the hotel or walk 20 minutes to Termini or Manzoni metro.

Its a nice hotel. Its clean. The location isnt the best. The staff is very nice. We had aproblem with our room, it had a smell, like sewage. When we approached them, they graviously moved us to a great room with a beautiful patio. But they seemed to know about the smell yet still gave us this room. The breakfast was good. We had some things go missing, i cant say it was this hotel, because we travelled around europe, but keep an eye on ur stuff. They have safes at the check in desk, use them for passports etc. If i was going back to rome, not sure i would stay there. Its just a little far from the attractions but it is nice and clean. Rome is quite dirty, the closer to the attractions, the cleaner it gets. Claude at the desk is great, very helpful. Street cars are close by to get to attractions but you have to walk through, not the greatest area. Enjoy. Take guided tours, worth the money.

Yes, the hotel will arrange a transfer. I think the cost is 50 euro.
I have also arranged transport via Shared Shuttle. I have used them many tines, and have always been pleased with their service.
Enjoy your visit!
