Hi, Me and my friend stayed for four nights at this hotel, from 24 until 28 August. We had a great stay, although the staff wasn't very nice. I must say, the Italians in Rome were worse, so it wasn't that bad after all. Unfortunately we hadn't all the blankets we needed, and we weren't helped immediately. She "had to...

Room was small but clean, quiet. Close to train station and 25 min walk to the Colisseum. Great shower but small with lots of hot water. Continental breakfast was excellent with lots to eat, clean and well kept. A couple nice restaurants within a couple blocks. We would return. Well worth the money.

Having read the reviews for the Hotel Parker, i was relatively sure that the hotel would be sufficient for a 3 star hotel. To say the least, i was disappointed. First of all, the hotel is located approx 20 minutes walk from Termini station, not 10 minutes. There was no point in calling a taxi to pick us up from...

3 star hotel, ten minutes walk from the Termini, basic hotel but it was perfectly clean, the beds were a little hard altough i would have slept on a log after all the walking. It was very reasonably priced and we slept, showered and had breakfast there and were gone from morning to night so it was perfect for this....

Just got back after spending 4 nights at Parker Hotel. We got off the train and exited Via Giovanni Giolotti and the Hotel was roughly about 10mins down the street. The reception staff were not the friendliest, we arrived an hour early but they let us have the key to our room ok. The room was good, clean, tiny bathroom...

We arrived at the Hotel and were pleasantly surprised at how close it is to Termini Station. Within 5 minutes walk down Via Giovanni Golitti, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We checked in and found our room upstairs and were surprised at how big and bright our room was. Tiled floors and a large bed with...

Hi, I stayed with my family for 4 days at Hotel Parker. The overall stay was very comfortable and cosy. The room had three beds in a 2 bedroom sized room, with a small safe, cupboards, fridge, lamps and two tables. The size was good for 2 beds but 3 were a bit cramped up. The room was cleaned everyday...

We had a really good weekend at this hotel. Good location near metro, quite big rooms, clean and a really good breakfast. Priceworthy!

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
