Small boutique hotel within blocks of Piazza Barberini and the Metro (A Line). Only a short walk to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps and many restaurants, shops, etc. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is average but service was lacking - slow and did not refill items or ensure they were warm (cold scrambled eggs - yuck!). Our...

We stayed at Stendhal Hotel in 2015. The magic of this hotel are the wonderful friendly staff and brilliant location near Piazza Barberini. We loved our chats and drinks with mine host Val , always a highlight of our stay. The rooms are compact but pleasantly styled

Great in every way! We stayed in a junior suite in the annexe. Large, beautiful, quiet! Great location at the Barberini metro stop, lots of restaurants nearby. We will be in Rome again in May and have booked the room with the terrace this time. Can't wait!

After traveling around Italy for 2 weeks staying in wonderful, authentic hotels, we were ready for some modern amenities! We stayed in the new part of the hotel and our rooms were very clean with very nice decor and lovely, spacious bathrooms. One of our rooms was very small but we connected to a second larger room so we just...

Just be careful with room assignment if you are a light sleeper. The updated suites with a view can be very noisy. There was a disco night event outside the beautiful room that I was given. Unfortunately, I need quiet in order to get a good night's sleep; missing a night's sleep ruined the next day for me. Staff was...

Booked in for 2 nights, warm welcome, clean room and easy access to Metro. Location is fantastic you can walk to Fontana di Trevi, Piazza di Spagna and a few other great spots all within 5-10 mins. Only minor is noise of road.

Dear customer I honestly was very surprised by your review because as you could see reviews on trip advisor, our services are normally held in high esteem, especially the breakfast with its table service like the 5 star hotels, silver cutlery, exclusive porcelain, large buffet full of every delicacy. However we regret have not met your expectations but we hope...

Staying in Colonna

Neighbourhood Profile
Colonna
Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos, goal-oriented tourists, and on-the-go locals cross paths every day in Colonna, a delightful chaos in the very centre of the city. Even though it has some of the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle Epoque shopping centre, and a magnificent Baroque parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural storm. Colonna can safely say it has the best of Rome: museums, boutiques, window displays, restaurants, cafes, and people watching.
