This was not a four star hotel by any stretch of the imagination. We decided to visit Rome for our anniversary along with friends on a package deal. Whilst the initial impression wasn't too bad, it soon became obvious to us that it lacked a great deal. The rooms, although relatively clean, were very basic and in need of modernising....

The room on the 4th floor had everything we needed, though more coat hangers would have been good. It was clean, the bathroom had a good size shower, but would have benefited from thicker towels. Breakfast is very basic and of cheap quality, but is unlimited. It is served in a large sparten dining room which has little by way...

Nice hotel with a decent bar but perhaps in a not so good area for restaurants in the evening. However staff are lovely, especially Alexia who can't do enough for you and is so charming. Tax here also is 6 euros per person per night which is supposed to be for 4 star tax. However 4 star in Venice was...

Very dissapointing. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly but the hotel was in much need of a major make-over. Our room was on the ground floor the carpet in the corridor was old,and dusty, and the wallpaper was peeling . The room was very basic, and the bathroom was again dated and needed replacing however it was,as clean as could be...

This is not a four star hotel, we stayed as part of a package, so I have no idea of the real cost, however, I would give it two stars maximum . The room was clean but in need of updating and decorating, the bathroom again was very clean. The bed linen was clean but I will agree with another...

This was the 1st stop on our Rome / Venice adventure. As we approached the hotel via the somewhat uninspiring street we feared the worst. However we were delighted to be proven wrong. Considering the price we paid the hotel was brilliant. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and the shower simply superb. We would definitely recommend this place to...

Arrived expecting four star, lucky if it was a two star hotel. First impressions a bar not open until 7pm. Restaurant only open for breakfast . Rooms could not close the toilet door . Very noisy especially at night do not expect to get a good nights sleep with people running up and down and shouting until 4am . When...

Firstly.I have no complaint against the staff. The bathroom was ok, Problem was the bedroom was subject to external and internal noise. To the rear are flats,at various times through the night you hear groups shouting/chanting in the distance.Inside ,the interior walls are of porous blocks ,this allows those with loud voices to annoy next door as well as other noisy guests...
