Arrived at this hotel as part of a contiki tour. Room is elegant and Roma styled. Bathroom is beautiful but shower over bath was old and in need of an update ( chunks missing from tub) Recommend for discount accomodation :) This hotel is Clean and comfy, but avoid down stairs bar as very pricy!

The room is very basic but good enough for a good night sleep. Breakfast is average. The location is kinda out of town so it's quite place suitable for family & business. Also you can always find an Uber or you can take a 30min stroll to the nearest train station. Wifi is free but the in-room connections is sketchy....

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights while in Rome and it was pretty dismal. For such a large hotel you would think they would be better equip to deal with guests but unfortunately as with all of our accommodation in Italy that was not the case. The room felt dingy and dirty, and even though we were on...

I stayed at this hotel as part of my Contiki (European Discovery) tour. This is a budget hotel for sure. Check-in was completed by the tour manager so I cannot comment of that - although it seemed easy. However, the night front desk staff was not friendly and I witnessed an intense situation that a guest (outside of the Contiki...

I had booked another hotel outside Rome by Expedia.com. However, when I arrived to THAT hotel late in the evening, it was fully booked! But the staff helped me to find another hotel. And it was Park Hotel Roma Cassia. When I came to that hotel, the staff were very helpful. They understood my frustration and gave me a room...

I stayed here for two nights as a part of my Contiki tour. The rooms are a bit small and the A/C didn't work. The bathroom shower head is in a terrible location and water got all over the floor since the curtain had a hole in it. The disco has reasonably priced drinks but terrible food; probably best to...

The hotel needs upgrading because i don't think IT meets the requirements for a 4* hotel, it's outdated and old fashioned, old furniture, smell of smoke in the halls, the shower still has two faucets making it very difficult to mix the right temperature of the water also there is a curtain to prevent water from leaking and no shower...

Only stayed one night at this hotel, it was chosen by friends who lived nearby. The rooms are small, stuffy and dark. The breakfast was awful - I would rather have eaten the cereal boxes than the actual cereal, the cheese was plastic wrapped (and stuck to the plastic) and the fruit juice was just an orange drink. As others...
