All the glowing reports here are true so I don't need to add anything. However I want to share how the wonderful staff helped us solve a problem to illustrate that nothing, NOTHING, seems to be beyond the call of duty for the owners and staff at Daphne. We were arriving in Rome from Maratea in the south of Italy....

Booked a two night post-cruise stay at the Daphne Inn Trevi after reading the great reviews on Trip Advisor. Immediately upon booking here, I received very helpful e-mails from the staff with suggested itineraries and tour information. They graciously booked a wonderful Icon Tour of Ancient Rome for us as well as secured a time slot for us to visit...

My husband and I arrived in Rome a day early from Florence and realized that we-I- forgot to book a place that night. We had hoped the Daphne Inn would have availability, but they did not. The incredible thing is that they did not just turn us away. Ryan helped us find another room just around the corner and even...

When I edited a Rome guidebook, I received about 10 emails a week about how great this place was, so when it was time to book my honeymoon, I had a pretty good idea about where we should stay. And we weren't disappointed in the least. To say that the staff goes above and beyond is an understatement. They are...

Stayed in a double bed room, 3rd floor without lift, clean and tastefully decorated. 180 per night or 162 in cash, including a good breakfast. Excellent location off piazza Barberini and the underground station, 2 stops from termini. While the room was surely above average, the staff here was simply above expectation ; service started from the moment we reserved...

We recently returned from a week-long sojourn in Rome. What we read about the Daphne Inn was true from the moment we sent our first email. The responses were quick, clear and friendly. The Inn is in a standard Rome building...simple from the outside and classic on the interior. This also means a steep, winding staircase and no lift. Have...

My husband and I stayed at the Daphne Trevi the first three days of May, and it was the perfect choice. Our room and bath were clean and modern, nothing garish or "Italian Themed" in sight. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The location was wonderful - we walked EVERYwhere from the Daphne Trevi. However, what made it really stand out...

We recently ended a two week tour of Italy with a great four night stay in the Daphne Trevi. Be aware that there is no lift which obviously means you will have to climb a couple of flights of stairs. The hotel states this very clearly. So...if you can't climb stairs, consider a different venue. We found the Daphne to...

We (father and teenage daughter) ended our two week trip to Italy with a five night stay at the Daphne Inn, Trevi. Ryan and Naraya (who both spoke fluent English, Ryan is from the US) greeted us warmly, and showed us to our beautiful room. The entire hotel was extremly clean, with a nice color scheme. The beds were very...

Staying in Trevi

Neighbourhood Profile
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighbourhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
