There's no better location to stay in Rome. Everything is in walking distance and the hotel itself is wonderful. It has all the comfort of a fine five star and kept the Charme of an Italian hotel. The prices are steep and the restaurant fell a little short to our expectations. But all in all we enjoyed our stay very... More

Can't beat the location and the roof top bar for evening cocktails. The staff was great and very helpful. Room was large and comfortable, but needed a renovation if they want to continue to charge the high rate; as others have said the AC was not working in 75/80 F days. The most vexing issue is the breakfast set up... More

Stayed here for business in October 2016. The location is amazing right next door to the Pantheon, surely the most amazing building in the world. The service in the hotel was fine and the large rooms clean. The low rating is because none of the rooms ( three of my colleagues stayed at the same time) had the air conditioning... More

Arrived at night to this hotel, nice foyer and fantastic location but upstairs was shabby and tired. Room was very average for a 5 star and it was extremely noisy in the morning. The breakfast was disappointing with concentrate orange juice and poor selection of fruit and breads. The saviour is the roof terrace bar and restaurant which offers great... More

I was traveling with my parents who are +70. They have stayed at the hotel several times before and really like it, which was why this was our choice. I feel most of what you pay for is for the location. In my opinion the rooms feel old fashioned and with out a warmth to them that I usually find... More

have stayed at this hotel many times in the past - it's location is unmatchable in Rome. However this last time, whether due to management or ownership changes the hotel was in an obvious spiral into mediocrity. Unfriendly and indifferent staff, non functioning air conditioning and no one could do anything about it, shower/bath faucets completely in need of maintenance,... More

Been to Rome quite a few times, but this is definitely the best located hotel. It is a little faded and shabby, but the staff were nice, the rooftop bar was spectacular and I would definitely stay there again.

We keep coming to Minerva twice a year for the last 10 to 15 years. Fantastic location, great rooms, very comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great lobby, luxurious and homely. Beautiful terrace great for a evening drink. Highly recommend.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff beyond friendly and helpful. We stayed there before and after our recent cruise, the second time in Room 405 which had its own private walkout patio - quite special. By European standards the rooms are quite spacious and very well decorated - lighting could be better though. Treat yourself if you are coming to... More

My wife and I go to Rome at least once a year and have for the most part stayed in Grand Minerva. ITs location is fantastic and staff is nice and welcoming as you expect in a five star. If anything to complain about its that the bathrooms can do with an uppgrade in not to long. The roofgarden is... More
