It's a very pleasant hotel for money which we paid. It's clean, comfortable, I would recommend it to everybody visiting Rome who wants to have good accommodation with great value , close to metro and bus stops which helps very much to visit all main points of interest in Rome, great restaurant next by La Valle del Sacco (local true...

Hotel Pyramid is a low cost ( our cost was $83 or 74 Euros per night) for a 2 twin bed or queen room that included a continental breakfast. Additional breakfast items were available at an additional cost. Positives included location - center of town near the train station, low cost, free breakfast. and air conditioning, etc. A modest but...

Really nice staff, especially the woman in the breakfast room. Really nice location (metro, bus and train) and not so far away from coliseum. Everything was good we didn't have any problem in our stay only some noise in the night inside the hotel. The minus point we gave it because we have to wait and call several days for...

Me and the Mrs stayed here for a 4 night break, I can't find to much wrong to say about it, because I paid £50 a night for it and that was for the room and and a complementary breakfast, which had excellent coffee, made for you by a service maid, the whole dining area was kept tidy, food was...

The room was exactly what I was looking for during my week in Rome. Clean & comfortable, my only grumble was the walls were either a bit thin or next doors TVs was very loud. There was also some very loud music played one night until late into the night, I'm not sure if this was from inside or outside...

As the title says, it is decent but not special. A few drawbacks is the breakfast, which is not to be recommened, and the hotel can be quite noisy. Hearing something like a boiler when you are sleeping. The rest of the hotel is in comparision to the price OK. It is about a 5 minute walk from Metro station...

I chose this hotel because of its closeness my area of business. The rates were right for me, the service was good, breakfast ok, the warmth of the room was right except two things; The bathroom was too tiny and there were no power sockets to use for my laptop.

Staff friendly, room clean, breakfast basic, in process of refurb so maybe better in future, the only real negative was our room was above the bar next door which was loud to say the least with people noise from the street until 4-5am, probably not go again but it was good value and would suit younger people I think

Staying in Testaccio

Neighbourhood Profile
Testaccio
Put the house music on replay and you have Testaccio, an ancient Roman port and former working class neighbourhood where the bass is set to high almost every night of the week. Its collection of discoteche (nightclubs), street parties, and crowded restaurants give it its well-deserved party reputation. During the daytime, Testaccio is more easy listening than club hit, the area is full of locally owned small businesses and has one of the city's larger produce markets.
