Luciano, the host, offers a single room in his house. The house is very well decorated with paintings etc. The breakfast offered is very meager - coffee, cake and fruits, but there is a small grocery store in walking distance, so if one wants to fill up, one can choose the same. Luciano has a few rules regarding where you...

Luciano is the best tourist advisor ever! He will not only advise where and how to go but also advise where to eat. Very friendly family atmosphere accompanied with the best cappuccino in Rome. Great location especially for waking around tourist

Luciano is a kind, lovely man who will do anything to make your Rome visit more enjoyable. His daily cappuccino is outstanding. The location is great- in a non-touristy neighborhood and a 15 minute walk to St. Peter's. You do need to set your expectations; for a 3 night stay the bed will not be made nor the trash emptied...

It is a privilege to give a review on the best kept secret in Rome. We wanted a B & B that would be both convenient to the sites and comfortable for two. Luciano and his lovely wife treated us like family from the warm greeting to the amazing tour of the area. They have decorated their home with wonderful...

This B&B is in the home of a lovely couple who are willing to share their love of Rome. Luciano is a wonderful host and he delights in taking care of his guests. It was like staying with family. He even helped us get our Vatican tour tickets, contact relatives, recommended good restaurants and shared other tips. He really goes...

I was referred to Luciano by a friend who stayed there several years ago. She said you will feel at home at Luciano's place! Indeed, Luciano made us feel like we are visiting a relative in Italy! The apartment is located at an ideal location where most attractions are within walking distance. Bus to further locations are very convenient too....

One of the most special pieces of our vacation to Rome. Luciano welcomes you to his home. You will be his special guest. His home is in the ideal location very close to the piazza navona, pantheon, Trevi fountain etc. I celebrated my birthday while staying here and on that morning Luciano brought out a special cake and candles at...

My wife and I spent four nights at Luciano's B & B in Rome. It is ideally located within walking distance to the Vatican, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and more. If you want to visit other sites as the Colesseum, Palatine Hill, Forum, etc. as well as Termini, there are a number of different bus lines that...

After reading about Luciano's B&B in a travel magazine, I contacted him and made arrangements to stay with him. What a fantastic idea! Luciano couldn't be more charming or more helpful! He has a lovely apartment in a perfect location near Novona Piazza. He even walked us to the bus stop to be sure we went to the right place....

Returning to Luciano Pascucci's B&B in Rome was like going to a family reunion. Everything was just as great as it had been the last time, except this time he welcomed us as friends, not just as guests. You will never find a better value in a more exceptional location. And, if you're the type of person that loves being...
