A small but ok room, beds were hard but we fixed that with the extra blankets we found in the wardrobe. The ac worked fine! The room was cleaned, towels and sheets were changed several times during our stay. Sometimes they even left a chocolate or a basket of fruit on the bed. There was a small fridge for common...

We stayed in Tiburtina House for two nights during July 2016. The property is safe and secure, with a fence and gate that only residents have the key to. The room was clean and relatively modern. We stayed in the economy double room, which was very small but worked just fine for two people for a short stay. The location...

We stayed in this B&B early May 2016, for 3 nights. The hotel is located in a very quiet and safe area of Rome, but is only a 5 minute walk from a main subway station and also has many shops, bars and restaurants around the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room itself was cozy...

Following the bombings in Brussels we had to cancel. The hotel has a no-refund policy although their site claims refunds available - when I e-mailed they "explained" that it is their policy not to refund. I will be very careful before I book this type of trip in future.

My boyfriend and I visited Rome for three days and stayed at Tiburtina House. The host was nice, and the room was very clean. The nearest metro station is about 6 minutes walking. Great place to stay during your city trip.

We booked Tiburtina House because we could have three adults in one room, the price was reasonable and its close to a Metro Station. Our four night stay was very pleasant. The room was clean and compact with a good sized shower room. As the weather was good we were able to make use of the courtyard garden. Breakfast is...

Accommodations were good. Bed could be upgraded. Bathroom was fine. A great place to stay for several days. Close walk to the metro line, nice places to eat all around there. Safe environment. We will stay here again.

The room was nice and clean, but the small room is VERY small, almost unusable. The other rooms are bigger and much better than the small one. In any case don't book the economy room. it has a small 140cm double bad and no space at all in the room. The Bathroom is also very small and not so pleasant....

We really enjoyed our stay in Tiburtina house. The b&b is located near a metro station so its easy to reach the historical centre. Also a good connection to the airport. Nice and quiet neighbourhood with local restaurants and without tourists. Breakfast is served in a local coffee bar were you can experience the real italian morning rituals. Stefano is...
