My boyfriend and I recently spent a long weekend at Apogia Lloyd hotel and had a lovely stay. The rooms were very clean and had everything you needed. The staff were very cheerful and made us feel most welcome. We had a little trouble getting to the airport and we would have missed our plane if it wasn't for the...

We stayed in the Apogia Lloyd hotel to celebrate my boyfriends bday. The staff was very friendly and organized a small bday present in the room. The location is perfect, the hotel is clean, breakfast buffet simple but good. A great location to stay for a citytrip. One advise: explore Rome by motor(scooter). You will see more of beautiful Rome...

This hotel was clean and very central in Rome. The reception ladies spoke good English and were very helpful. Breakfast was better then most typical continental breakfasts and I really enjoyed the salmon. My partner arranged for some treats In the room as we were celebrating my birthday and they were very accommodating and offered some prosecco and cakes which...

Upon checking in the hotel lobby was modern with clean updated furniture. Once we got out of the elevator on our floor the carpet was extremely dirty in the hallway. It was just as bad with stains inside the room. The bathroom had hair in the bath tub, along with mold and rotted wood around the bath tub. The wifi...

Dear Mr. Phipip, we are so sorry for what happened in your stay. Probably there was a misunderstood in the payment of your two rooms booking. I would like to clarify that your two-room reservation was made through an agency with a unique credit card guaranteed it. To our company policy, at the moment of the check in, we required...

Good points; the hotel reception looks modern (although this isn't necessarily the case for the rooms), it's fairly close to Termini and the breakfast was ok. Unfortunately, although we'd booked a double room for 3 nights over 6 months ago, when we arrived it turned out they didn't have a double available for the first night, only the second and...

Dear Backy, We apologize for this big inconvenience. It is very difficult to answer at your comment for us. You are really right, but we would like to inform you that we had a problem with your room in the same day of your arrival and for us it is very complicate to comunicate with the agency at last minute....

Good standard in a reasonably well maintained, seemingly old building. Good breakfast selection. Polite service. Good price. Close to the central station and everything else. Clean and spacious rooms. Elevator.

My boyfriend and I stayed here at the start of August and I was very impressed. It was booked for me as a surprise birthday present and when I was initially told that it was further from the city centre than most I was a bit worried. I needn't have been. Great variety in breakfast, but not served in a garden or a terrace or a place with view. Clean room, nice big bed, nice soft sheets, with TV which is useless unless you know italian! Room without a view, watching over a small alley. Close to the centre and the Policlinico subway station, Generally good but maybe could use some...
