No, they have no restaurant or bar but it is in the Roma Termini area where there are lots of restos and bars to choose from.

Gee, you don't really need that as the hotel is right on the Roma Termini area where the trains and buses that go to the airport are located. Buses are 6-7 Euro to the airport. Just cross the street and voila!
