The hotel is right across from the Termini Central Station, which was very convenient. It was one of the few hotels that had AC in it as well. Breakfast included. The front desk staff was wonderful, too! They had suggestions of places to go and...More

Tiny uncomfortable rooms, almost no air conditioning, permanent noise and rude staff. Still want to come?
Madison is a hotel for the only visit. This hotel survives only due to the tour operators, whose services tourists also use only once.More

Had looked at reviews and thought I knew what to expect. On arrival was taken to a room that was so hot and the quilt had an odour from it. Small window overlooking the inner of the hotel. Complained about the air conditioner not cooling...More
Stayed here a night. Had a very comfortable nights sleep. Very good beds and showers. The hotel is located right across from Roma termini which is the main train station in Rome. Would stay here again if ever in Rome!
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up
basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
Gee, you don't really need that as the hotel is right on the Roma Termini area where the trains and buses that go to the airport are located. Buses are 6-7 Euro to the airport. Just cross the street and voila!
