Be careful not to book a so called Junior Suite. It't a small normal double room but they charge much more. I complained about it, they agreed that it's a normal room but didn't change anything... Positive is the location and the nespresso machine (unfortunately also not cleaned since in use) in the room.

I'm not sure I can improve much on "dennosius"'s review ("Not the posh hotel it wants to be"), which really hit the nail on the head. The hotel is in a great location on a cobblestone street in a little hidden corner of central Rome within an easy walk of almost everything. And the staff were very friendly, helpful, and...

Positive: Good location, 5 min to Piazza Navora, 15 to The Vatican. Nice rooms, do look like the photos on booking.com. Good cleaning and ok breakfast. Negative: When we came back late at night our air condition didn't work and we couldn't turn the light of in the room, the night portier tried to resolve the problem but with no...

Nice hotel in the middle of old Rome. Nice breakfast and breakfast room. Our room was located on the third floor and their elevator was out of order (we were there in the beginning of April). The receptionist offered to have our luggage brought to our room. Note: the rooftop bar does not open before May.

Lovely location and easy to get to all the sights. Never more than 15 minutes walk away. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Only issue was a broken lift and we were on the top floor so getting to and from the room was a real pain. Yes we were offered a different room but we wanted the terrace and jaccuzi...

My spouse and I spent three nights at the end of February in this hotel. It has been the second time for me to stay there, the first time was on occasion of a business trip in November. The staff is very competent, extremely friendly and the rooms have their own charming style with new and old compared. The hotel...

We chose relais Orso for our friends' trip in february in Rome and it was the best choice: the vest value/price ratio. Super central, you can go to the main attractions by foot. The rooms are modern and spacious, the design is charming. The breakfast has everything to delight you and is included. The employees are at your disposal day...

A reasonably priced hotel in the center of Rome and just across the Tiber from the Vatican. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff are attentive and nice. There is also good little restaurant and terrace on the roof for a break from the bustle of the city.

My Fiance and I checked in and the staff was very helpful and kind. Our room was very clean and had a funky design. The room however was very small for us. Not to much room to move around. It is in a fantastic location- walking distance to most everything. Coffee was provided in the room and we had a...

... And this Hotel made the return amazing. January weather apart, the hotel was located in an absolutely great location. 5 mins away from Castel Sant'Angelo, Piazza Navona, 30 mins to Vatican City and Colosseum (all while walking through lovely streets, and eating pizza like there is no tomorrow). Apart from the location, the hotel staff was great, we even...
